Loading chute for fertilizer
TBMA Belgium has supplied a Cimbria Moduflex X650 loading chute to a supplier of high-quality installations for bulk goods transport. This chute with a capacity of 1000 tons per hour is being used for loading ships with fertilizers and is equipped with a special radial trimmer. This ensures an even distribution of the product in the ship's hold and thus an optimal and balanced loading.
Radial trimmer
The radial trimmer is available with different options depending on the application and end user requirements. The trimmer is mounted on a turntable on the outlet of the loading chute and is remote controlled. In this way, the hold is filled to the maximum with a minimum of machine movements. The rotary trimmer is available in a mild steel or stainless steel version and can be fitted with wear-resistant plates. The adjustable counterweight ensures a stable loading situation.
