In practice
Prior to shipment, components are subjected to a thorough dimension and clearances check and comprehensive series of tests covering for example noise levels, power consumption and temperatures.
Preventative maintenance (PM) plays a crucial role in keeping a process installation safe and free of break downs. TBMA supports such activity by offering a tailor made maintenance schedule in consultation with yourselves and the possibilities that your company has.
Preventative maintenance not only reduces your operational cost or ensures continuity of your production, it also anticipates on the supply of spare parts against reduced rates.
Repairs, overhauls and spares
Expert repairs and overhauls are usually performed within TBMA’s own manufacturing facilities, using original certified parts. The repaired component is extensively checked and tested prior to returning it to site.
