Bag dumping cabinet
A bag dumping unit or cabinet offers a simple, dust-free solution for manually emptying plastic and paper bags. The dump cabinet is also an ergonomic solution for manually emptying bags at working height when the volumes are limited.
Modular systeem
The TBMA program for the manual emptying of bags has a modular structure. Options include pocket compactors and integrated filter units. To ease the work, a lifting arm with vacuum suction cups or a needle gripper can be installed. This way, a suitable solution can be offered for every application.
Case study | Recently, TBMA has supplied Campine (Belgium) with a bag dumping cabinet with blow-through rotary valve, piping and Piab unit for the conveying of sticky products. Pre-testing in the TBMA test room showed that these products can be easily processed with vacuum conveying. Also, a smart solution was invented to prevent cross-contamination. Read more
